Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up loving them, and when I was just 10 or 11 years old, I began helping in my family’s grooming shop—earning $1 for every pup I shaved. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how much trust it takes to care for someone’s animal. I fell in love with it.
Today, I care for animals of all kinds—from dogs and cats to several species of birds, reptiles, and even a tarantula. At home, I have my Boxane, Stella Mae, along with my two parakeets, Earwax and Q-Tip. Every animal has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to understand what makes each one feel safe and cared for.
That same heart extends to the people I work with. I have always been someone who goes above and beyond for the people and animals in my care. Whether I am helping a family, babysitting for an evening, running an errand, or spending time with an older adult, I approach every job with kindness, patience, and respect.
I believe everyone deserves to maintain their dignity, independence, and sense of self—especially as they grow older or need a little extra support. My goal is never to take over. It is to offer dependable help, genuine companionship, and the reassurance that someone truly cares.
